2018 marks the fourth year AGS has recognized and awarded the top 1% of their global supply chain, representing nearly 40% of AGS’ annual spend. Selected partners were chosen based on three core criteria: impact, performance and partnership. Impact was measured by suppliers’ response rates, starts and current assignments; performance was measured by quality of hire, start to submittal time and bill rate management compliance; finally, partnership was measured by internal AGS surveys, which rated the relative ease (or challenges) in working with individual suppliers on a day to day basis.
