Sid joined Akraya in 2026 and currently leads the business as CRO. Sid has a history of incubating, managing, and expanding large accounts and portfolios, consistently achieving significant P&L results.

VP of Human Resources

Keshava joined Akraya in 2014, bringing 18 years of HR leadership in the tech industry. He oversees strategic and operational HR functions, including payroll, compliance, and immigration, with expertise in employee relations, change management, and global HR practices.

Sagar joined Akraya in 2018 and became VP, Recruiting Operations in 2021. With 14+ years in recruiting, operations, and sales, he manages Akraya’s Global Recruiting Operations along with India operations, overseeing resource management, with a focus on growth and team leadership.

Vice President of Strategic Relations, and Head of Diversity Solution

Pam brings 16+ years in contingent workforce strategy, holding PMP and CCWP certifications. She designs inclusive, innovative solutions for global clients and champions diversity through initiatives like Technovation, earning recognition in Silicon Valley’s “40 Under 40.”

Swarn joined Akraya with 18+ years of financial leadership across IT, consulting, software, and staffing in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. He has held senior roles at US Tech Solutions, Deloitte, Thomson Reuters, and E&Y, driving strategic financial growth.
