2022 started with a big win for Akraya!
Akraya Inc. has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as one of the Best Staffing Firms to temp/contract for in North America in 2022. Akraya is excited to be on the SIA’s list of the best staffing firms to temp/contract for in North America consecutively for the past 2 years.
The 2022 Best Staffing Firms to Work For list was released Wednesday, 2nd of March, 2022 by Staffing Industry Analysts during the Executive Forum North America conference taking place in Austin, Texas.
Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. The program was conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace, an Omaha, Nebraska-based company.
Akraya has also been awarded “Glassdoor Best Places to Work for 2022” award.
Amar Panchal, the CEO of Akraya Inc., attributes the company’s success to its employees, shared with their commitment to the organization’s core values. Akraya likes to celebrate its wins.
