The Technical Recruiter position is in Pune and requires the following:
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in U.S. staffing.
- Should have experience working in a VMS/MSP environment as well as in the direct staffing model.
- Expertise in W2 hiring as well as C2C hiring.
- Responsible for searching and recruiting candidates on various skill sets as per job specifications.
- Expert in searching U.S. job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and conducting passive searches.
Role Specifics
- Conduct initial candidate interviews via phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and client requirements.
- Negotiate salaries and rates with candidate as well with subcontracting companies to fill and close the position.
- Arrange client interviews and work with HR team to complete the required paperwork when a candidate gets hired for a position.
- Act as first point of contact for consultant and maintain the relationship with the consultant.
- Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
