Our project manager works very closely with your project leader and the development team in India to ensure that system is being developed based on the design specifications. During the development process our project manager maintains a version of the system for your periodical review and gathers your feedback & translates it back to development team.

Our project manager will ensure that the project is executed following our standards and methodology. If you already have a set of standards in place, our team will be glad to implement it. At every stage of the project we insist on system documentation, so that we have less dependency on individuals involved in the project and the project is self-contained.
